1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Anatolia Apps for LocaleArc. By installing or using LocaleArc, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or connect third-party accounts.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and authorized to manage every YouTube channel, AI provider account, and API credential you connect.
2. What LocaleArc provides
LocaleArc is a local-first macOS workspace for loading video metadata, preparing translation drafts, reviewing localizations, and publishing approved localized titles and descriptions through YouTube API Services.
Subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules, Anatolia Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LocaleArc. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with the app or connected services, bypass access controls, or use LocaleArc for unlawful or abusive activity.
3. Google, YouTube, AI, and Apple services
LocaleArc depends on services operated by others. Your use of Google and YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, Google policies, and the rules of the channel you manage. AI provider use is subject to the provider’s terms and billing. App Store purchases are subject to Apple’s terms.
You are responsible for your connected accounts, API keys, quotas, service charges, and compliance with third-party rules. Anatolia Apps does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, model output, quota decisions, or changes to third-party APIs.
You can revoke Google access in LocaleArc or through Google Account permissions. Revocation and local-data handling are explained in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your content and publishing decisions
You retain responsibility for your videos, metadata, instructions, drafts, and published localizations. Only connect channels and process content that you are entitled to use. Review translations for accuracy, safety, rights, and compliance before approval.
AI-generated text can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. LocaleArc provides review and approval controls, but it does not guarantee an AI output or translation. You are responsible for the final text you approve and publish.
Do not use LocaleArc to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; to mislead users; or to violate law, YouTube rules, or an AI provider’s policies.
5. Purchases and refunds
LocaleArc Pro is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase where available. The price shown by the App Store controls. Apple processes payment, restores, taxes, and refunds. Refund eligibility and processing follow Apple’s policies and applicable law.
6. Availability and responsibility limits
LocaleArc is provided on an “as available” basis. Anatolia Apps works to keep the app reliable but does not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent compatibility with third-party APIs, or error-free translations and publications. Keep appropriate backups and review content before publishing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anatolia Apps is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party service failure, loss of access, quota exhaustion, AI output, or content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using LocaleArc at any time and disconnect linked services. Anatolia Apps may stop distributing or supporting a version when reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, or third-party API changes.
The current terms are published on this page. Material changes will be identified by the effective date and, when appropriate, in release notes. Continuing to use a later version after a change means you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
